1.     Age Relaxation: Age relaxation will be acceptable as per the Relaxation of Upper Age Limit Rules 1993 (existing government rules).

  1. Age Calculation: Age will be calculate from the most recent date of submitting the application.

  2. Advance Copy: Advance copy of the claim will not be entertained.

  3. NOC Requirement: Candidates already in service should afford NOC at the time of the discussion.

  4. Eligibility: Eligibility of candidates will be gritty based on academic qualification, domicile, period, etc.

  5. Disabled Quota: 02% disabled quota as per government policy will be pragmatic.

7.     Verification: Information provided in the application forms will be confirmed. In case of copied or forged information, the department reserves the correct to revoke the candidature at any point and open official act.

  1. Incomplete Applications: partial applications and those received after the due date will not be entertained.
  2. No TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for examination/discussion purposes.
  3. Shortlisting: Only short-list applicants will be called for examination/interview.
  4. NITB Course: Successful candidates for the job of LDC must total a mandatory NITB Course through the one-year trial period.
  5. Mobile Phones: Mobile phones be not allowed in examination center location.
  6. Recruitment Rights: The capable authority reserves the correct to raise or decrease the digit of posts and to cancel or delay the recruitment procedure at any stage.
  7. Application Deadline: The last date for submitting the application is 15 days starting the date of the announcement.

  1. Candidates may apply online on the National Job Portal website at njp.gov.pkwithin 15 days from the date of the advertisement.

تمام مقاصد کی معلومات

1.     عمر میں نرمی: عمر میں چھوٹ بالائی عمر کی حد کے قواعد 1993 (موجودہ حکومتی قواعد) کے مطابق قابل قبول ہوگی۔
عمر کا حساب: درخواست جمع کرانے کی تازہ ترین تاریخ سے عمر کا حساب لگایا جائے گا۔
ایڈوانس کاپی: دعوے کی ایڈوانس کاپی پر غور نہیں کیا جائے گا۔
NOC کی ضرورت: پہلے سے سروس میں موجود امیدواروں کو بحث کے وقت NOC کا متحمل ہونا چاہیے۔
اہلیت: امیدواروں کی اہلیت تعلیمی قابلیت، ڈومیسائل، مدت وغیرہ کی بنیاد پر سخت ہوگی۔
معذور کوٹہ: حکومتی پالیسی کے مطابق 02% معذور کوٹہ عملی ہوگا۔
7.     تصدیق: درخواست فارم میں فراہم کردہ معلومات کی تصدیق کی جائے گی۔ نقل شدہ یا جعلی معلومات کی صورت میں، محکمہ کسی بھی موقع پر امیدواری کو منسوخ کرنے اور آفیشل ایکٹ کھولنے کا حق محفوظ رکھتا ہے۔
نامکمل درخواستیں: جزوی درخواستیں اور مقررہ تاریخ کے بعد موصول ہونے والی درخواستوں پر غور نہیں کیا جائے گا۔
کوئی TA/DA نہیں: کوئی TA/DA امتحان/بات چیت کے مقاصد کے لیے قابل قبول نہیں ہوگا۔
مختصر فہرست: صرف مختصر فہرست کے درخواست دہندگان کو امتحان/انٹرویو کے لیے بلایا جائے گا۔
NITB کورس: LDC کی ملازمت کے لیے کامیاب امیدواروں کو ایک سال کی آزمائشی مدت کے ذریعے لازمی NITB کورس مکمل کرنا چاہیے۔
موبائل فون: امتحانی مرکز کے مقام پر موبائل فون کی اجازت نہیں ہوگی۔
بھرتی کے حقوق: قابل اتھارٹی پوسٹوں کے ہندسوں کو بڑھانے یا کم کرنے اور کسی بھی مرحلے پر بھرتی کے طریقہ کار کو منسوخ یا مؤخر کرنے کا حق محفوظ رکھتی ہے۔
درخواست کی آخری تاریخ: درخواست جمع کرانے کی آخری تاریخ اعلان کی تاریخ سے شروع ہونے والے 15 دن ہے۔
